Weddings involve a lot of planning, creativity, and most of all?money! In the world of weddings, there are several styles to choose from. Some include casual, formal, semi-formal, destination, and beachside. Many brides have a general idea of what type of wedding that they desire and these ideas are sometimes inspired by a celebrity couple?s wedding. Some brides have emulated a celebrity wedding in its entirety, while others simply borrow the look of the bride?s attire?including the gown, bridal jewelry, hair, makeup, and bouquet. Having a celebrity-inspired wedding is possible even with a not-so-celebrity budget.
The first step in pulling off a celebrity-style wedding is to search popular magazines for Hollywood weddings that most inspires you. Be sure to choose a look that fits your own personal style and personality. Do not be intimidated by the diamond bridal jewelry and accessories. The average couple spends approximately $30,000 on their wedding, while the average celebrity spends hundreds of thousands of dollars. Swarovski crystals will achieve the look without ruining your budget.

This post will digress abit from my normal posts on wedding. I’m doing this post to create more public awareness of the Charity Event my friend is currently doing.
My friend Stuart Tan is running SuperTelethon and he is interviewing a group of marketing and personal development experts from all over the world across a non-stop 36-Hour period without sleep and without solid food in a bid to generate awareness for the Make-A-Wish Foundation? and raise funds for them.
Make-A-Wish Foundation? helps make wishes for children, with life-threatening illnesses, come through.
Their parents have no means to support their dreams and Make-A-Wish Foundation? takes up this role.
As newly-wed couples, we look forward to have our own children. I’m sure every parent wants their children to be healthy and strong.
No one wants a child with defects or abnormality.

“Yes, I do!” replied the girlfriend after the boyfriend kneeled in the middle of a busy crowd and proposed to his future wife. (not bad for an Eiffel tower proposal too!)
Yes, I do see that she is in for a roller coaster ride of wedding planning physically, mentally and emotionally.
For those of you who are planning your wedding right now, you get what I meant.
A few of my friends are planning their wedding right now and I can see that they are at different phases.
I’m clueless of what to do!!!:
What comes after proposal? Definitely not sex.
It is the responsibility of commiting to the many tasks that are pouring onto you.
Are you prepared financially? Your wedding-planning is going to cut a big hole in your pocket and money is going to flow out like nobody’s business.
Do you know what to do next? How to look for your wedding venue? What about your wedding favors? Oh, I forget to tell you that you will be meeting some really nasty wedding service providers like the bridal studios staff who only provide the service to customers who spent alot.
My fiance has changed!:

Wedding gowns come in all variety.
There are the sexy wedding gowns which require the minimum amount of materials and there are those that are suitable for expecting brides.
I know of some brides in wedding forums whose babies are already more than 5 months old and they are getting married in a month or two.
Something really unfamiliar and uncomfortable to be accepted at first but it is going to be a growing trend when more and more couples have shot-gun marriages.
I do understand how tempting it is to have pre-marital sex especially for couples who are relatively young both in terms of age and maturity.
This always reminded me of the common tag lines that men use:
If don’t “do it”, it means you don’t love me.
Hey, love is not just based on a moment of ectatsy and if men really love their women, men will respect both the women’s bodies and souls.
Men will plan a conducive environment, providing the best for the wives and children.
This is very true at least in my own opinion.
Many times, women are the greatest motherly species in the planets. They sacrifice alot for the children.
I have plenty to quote to make my statement justifiable.

There are many types of wedding gowns and there are certainly some we don’t get to see in a normal wedding.
If you happen to see one, you are in luck.
Being very conservative Asians, I don’t believe that any lady in the right state of mind will be wearing such wedding gown on her big day.
If so, I think her parents would have fainted.
As the designs for wedding gowns increase in variety, the designs avaliable locally have evolved over time and there are some that need more courage to wear.
