1) Can you give me an introduction of yourself, when and how did you start out and what is your wedding site about?
I’m Jinghong and my company is Aspire Studio. Aspire Studio is registered with ACRA since 2003 for the purpose of providing quality photography and videography services to wedding couples.
I started out when I was in Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I was trained to draw and got a chance to learn photography, its where I got started. But it was until years later when I was roped into my friend’s video company and realised that I needed to start out on my own to pursue my dream and do what I wanted. Thus, I striked out on my own and started Aspire Studio.
My webby is an extension of the work I do with my artistic direction. It is also a presentation of my work to the world. Continue Reading »

Wedding Animation Cartoon By Daniel
Here is the email interview:
1) Can you give me an introduction of yourself, when and how did you start out and what is your wedding site about?
My name is Daniel, 2 years ago I started Wow Media in Singapore, providing videography, photo montage creation and cartoon animation production for weddings.
So how did I get started in this wedding industry? Well, it was a bit complicated, and divine 🙂
My background was in Electrical & Electronics Engineering but my passion has long been in digital media. I started shooting video at wedding at 2004, but that time it wasn’t a full time job for me yet as I was doing quite a lot of other freelancing stuff, such as web design, game programming etc. To cut the long story short, there was a window of opportunity in year 2006 and I felt a tugging in my heart to step into the full time. I registered a business license and set up a website containing a brief description on my services and got my first official project few weeks later through the internet. Continue Reading »
1) Can you give me an introduction of yourself, when and how did you start out and what is your wedding site about?
Mickey and Minnie started Modernweddingadvice.com so we could help other modern couples with wedding planning. We started the site during our own engagement period, when we found it difficult to find information on truly modern wedding planning, blending new ideas and old traditions. We were able to find a great deal of information online for a single type of bride but not so much for modern couples like us. We decided to compile information and place it all together on a site where other couples could come and plan their wedding in one convenient place. Continue Reading »

Thanks for asking I’m glad to introduce myself. My name is Neil Cowley, and I am a visual artist working in the ‘wedding market’ as I artfully integrate images into the life stories of my clients. I started shooting weddings in 2000 as a photographer – I fully committed to weddings as my primary medium and creative outlet in 2007 with the creation of my company Make Love Real. My wedding site is about sharing love stories – you know – love is really so unlikely, yet we all need it, we all share it and amid all the negative press, amid all the advertising messages, we need to tell love stories more than any of those messages.
