Mourning takes place … hope he is well
He drew well but won’t be able to from now on.
But the hummingbird that he had drawn will continue to flitter and flutter in my mind for as long as I live.
Though I had only seen him once or twice from a distance, the image of the hummingbird that he drew seemed to be so close…just as if in front of my eyes.
An amicable, creative and talented young man I must say.
And I have no idea why such great man is taken away by God from his very dear family members?
This morning when I woke up, I received a sms from my colleague that the younger brother of another colleague had passed away yesterday night.
It was a shock that things seem to happen so quickly, suddenly and without warning.
Good news come…bad news come… everyday seem to pack us with a mixture of feelings…sadness…happiness…anxiety…sorrow…joy…you name it…you may experience it…
Life is such a mystery…human being is such a wonder…why must we go through these turmoils and turbulences? just because we are human?
I don’t think anyone has the answer…even I myself is puzzled.
But what I have learnt…cherish everyone around me everyday, every moment…as I don’t know when my time will come to an end…
I just do my best everyday, every moment…loving you my dear wife.
For now, let me mourn…mourn silently that the society had lost a great man.
