(in any case you can’t find what you want, just contact the hotel or restaurant and ask to speak specifically to the Banquet department and ask for email or fax copy of the packages.

If they are effective, they will only take at most 2 days. If you don’t receive by then, I think it is considered as slow service and you may want to change your choice of wedding venue. Just my opinion. >.< )
